Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

I am very pleased to say I have completed my Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Course on the basis that CBT is beneficial for positive mental health and more recently addressing the links between the physical systems, thoughts, feelings, and behaviour for those going through the menopause.

CBT can help change the way we think, feel, and behave.

CBT explores practical day to day strategies and that we have the capacity to change current negative patterns to have a more balanced life.

CBT tends to focus on presenting concerns, but can also help us take a fresh look at understanding how our past influences us and reality test them in the present moment.
